Monica Oathout provides experienced and detailed counsel on Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation Matters.  For more than 20 years, she has represented clients in state and federal court proceedings, appeals, administrative hearings, arbitrations, mediations throughout Texas and the United States.

With an in-depth knowledge of employment laws, Monica provides guidance and serves as trial counsel to management in employments and labor relations matters, including discrimination, discipline, retaliation, FMLA, ADA, harassment, wrongful discharge, unsafe workplace, non-competition covenants, reductions in force and wage and hour issues.  She also has significant experience in internal corporate investigations.
